Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning

Cullitons offers a proactive approach on heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment with the increasingly important role of preventative maintenance. To help customers maintain their building environment and process equipment, Cullitons installs and services a wide variety of HVAC and process equipment, gas-fired air makeups, heating and air conditioning systems, humidification, dehumidification and energy management systems. We install and service package rooftops, process gas burners, boilers, chillers and cooling towers. To keep it all running smoothly, we offer preventative maintenance programs of all types of HVAC and process equipment.

Mechanical

Process and production piping, plumbing, water treatment systems and equipment relocation are just the major parts of our mechanical services. Cullitons also offers boiler, chiller and cooling tower replacement, waste water piping and underground services, as well as systems for energy recovery.

Electrical

Cullitons provides everything required for control wiring, process and production wiring, computer cabling, generators, lighting, and emergency systems. Over the life of the facility, we complete plant upgrading, equipment relocation, maintenance and shutdown work.

Sheet Metal

If you can’t buy it, we can build it in our fully equipped metal fabrication shop, complete with a computerized plasma cutter and the equipment to handle up to 3/8” metal plate. For our customers, we have designed and installed dust collection and air makeup equipment, ventilation and exhaust systems, and a variety of custom metal fittings and flashings.
