| This project included 3 areas of work under a design-build format. The B17 office consisted of an interior electrical renovation of an existing office space. The B25 office, 2nd floor renovations included an engineered design-build format for upgrading electrical distribution, new lighting, emergency lighting, paging and communications for a 20,000 sq. ft. area.
